U15 Boys Contact

Under 15s will enjoy full 15-a-side rugby including lifting in the lineout, which remains uncontested.

Training takes place on 2 evenings per week.

Our Under 15s will be playing in the Sussex leagues.

Games are 30 minutes each way.

Players have the opportunity for additional strength and conditioning (S&C) coaching delivered at Strive Academy.

Wednesday

6:30 – 7:15 pm Strive Academy (S&C)

7:15 - 8 pm On field training session

Friday

6.15 – 7.15 pm on-field Game Sense/Skills/Unit Skills session
