U14s - Squad Information
Age Grade Regulations
Under 14s sees players reach 15-a side rugby for the first time, with the introduction of a full 8-player scrum.
This year players will also be introduced to kicking at goal and an uncontested lineout.
For the final time, Under 14s compete in the Sussex Waterfall competition - progressing to competitive leagues next season.
Training
U14 training takes place on Sunday mornings between 10.30 and 12 noon on Pitch 4.
