The Women's Rugby Sevens was a highlight at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics (Great Britain came 4th) and a brilliant showcase for one of the fastest growing sports worldwide.

Rugby not only welcomes, but genuinely requires diversity - it's a game for people of all shapes, sizes and skills. This is a sport that empowers women and girls to discover what makes them strong, and to unleash their inner toughness.
