Committee Members

M&Js Committee members are all passionate about junior rugby. Working with our existing Committee, you will help shape the overall strategy for the M&Js and ensure the organisation continues to run smoothly. You will have great communication skills, be able to maintain excellent relationships with members, volunteers and sponsors and champion the M&Js in the local community.

Kit Manager

We need someone to help coordinate the kit that M&Js need to function - balls, bibs, tackle pads, cones, playing shirts etc. You will liaise with Managers to make sure their age groups have the equipment they need, build relationships with suppliers and prepare draft orders for approval by the Committee. The time commitment isn't huge for this role and you won't need to attend training every week.

Events Team

This season is going to be super-busy for the M&Js - we have Junior Siam at home and another Spring Festival to organise, so we need people to join our Events Team to make sure things run smoothly. Tasks could be anything from advising visiting teams about accommodation to organising referees, running a fundraising bake-sale to sourcing medals, filling in forms to finding an ice-cream van...

There's lots to be done but we've done it before - and we know that the more help we have the easier it is!

If you're flexible, work well in a team and can think outside the box, this one is for you!
