WHO's IT FOR - any Girls in Y7-Y13 inclusive

WHAT DO I WEAR? boots (rugby/football/hockey) if you have them but if not trainers are fine! Comfortable clothing - layers that you can take off if you get hot, no hoods or zips. 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? Full water bottle and a gumshield if you have one
