Please give generously on sunday 15th April for the Oscar MacLean Foundation; Oscar lost his fight against a brain tumour in 2013 when eight years old - the U8s play every season for the Trophy in his memory - his brother plays in the current squad. This Charity was founded to support local community projects and services that will benefit young people and their families who are suffering from cancer and other chronic diseases. This event is one of many fund raising events to support this cause.
There will be some fantastic cakes for sale; I can personally recommend the breton prune sponge which should feature. The games will start at 08.30 until 10.00 on pitch one, tea and cake sales will be based in the Pavilion!
Nearly £800 was raised for the Foundation by cake sales etc on a rather damp day - congratulations to all involved.
