Haywards Heath V Jersey U14 Boys

Jersey RFC U14s travelled to Haywards Heath for a hard-fought match against a strong and well-drilled home side. 
 
The first half saw jersey only have 3 runs with the ball, whilst Haywards Heath scored 6 tries within 10 mins. The sustained pressure and missed tackles leading to a drop in morale. 
 
During the 2nd half Jersey put up more of a fight, however, similar missed opportunities and tackles meant Haywards Heath scored another 4 tries. 
 
The final 5 minutes was Jersey best effort with soren Tonsberg getting jerseys only try.  
 
It was a tough day at the office for the boys but the better side won on the day, with lots of learning points for Jersey
