Dorking V Jersey U12-U18 Girls

Dorking  travelled to Jersey with their U16 girls team to play against Jersey. The invitation to play was extended to Guernsey who travelled to play for the day. Three teams of U16 girls played a round robin event of 10's matches followed by a BaaBaa style mixed teams 15 a side match. 
 
Dorking were a strong team, winning all their matches against the Channel Islands teams, however Jersey and Guernsey both played exceedingly well considering the season has only just started and only one training sessions was had prior to playing. great team cohesion was evident and sportsmanship won overall.  
 
Tries against Guernsey were scored by Maggie Mann and Iris Wilmett 
 
Matches were played on Pitch 1 followed by Jersey hosting the visitors and showing them true Jersey hospitality with fun games in the clubhouse afterwards.
